To my patients:
I have the opportunity to step back from full-time medical practice and effective September 30, 2025, I will close Fairhope Family Medicine.  I will continue to see patients at the office until July 18 and after July 18, I will have a limited number of telehealth appointments until September 30.  If you have an appointment scheduled after July 18, 2025, please consider this notice of cancellation of all of those appointments.  

Please review more detailed information in the Frequently Asked Questions section below regarding how to make a telehealth appointment after July 18 and how to obtain transfer of your medical records to your new doctor.
